EDITRS is a video editing agency operating from Pakistan. This policy explains what information we collect through editrs.agency, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have any questions, email us at theeditrs@gmail.com.
Contact form. When you send us a project inquiry, we receive your email address and whatever details you type into the message box.
Newsletter. When you sign up in the footer, we receive your email address.
WhatsApp. If you choose to message us on WhatsApp, the name and message you enter are passed to WhatsApp when it opens. That conversation then happens on WhatsApp and is covered by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
Usage data. We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to see which pages are visited and how fast they load. This data is anonymous and aggregated (for example: page views, referring website, country, device type and load times). It is not used to identify you personally.
We use your information to reply to your inquiry, prepare quotes, deliver and manage projects, send the newsletter you signed up for, and understand which parts of the website are useful so we can improve it.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.

We keep inquiry emails for as long as we need them to respond to you and manage any work we do together. We keep newsletter addresses until you ask to be removed.
You can ask us at any time to send you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or remove you from the newsletter. Email theeditrs@gmail.com and we will respond as soon as we can.
If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have rights under the GDPR, including the right to object to how your data is used and to complain to your local data protection authority.
We are based in Pakistan, and the services we use may store or process data in other countries, including the United States. By contacting us or signing up, you understand your information may be handled outside your own country.
This website is meant for businesses and creators and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
